The International Student ID card (ISIC) is the premier discount and identity document for students. More than 5 million students around the world will purchase an ISIC card this year. To qualify for your International Student ID card, you must be age 12 or older and currently enrolled as a full-time degree seeking student at an accredited institution. Continuing education, language school, and non-degree seeking students are not eligible.

Eligibility 

Full-time students age 12 & over currently enrolled for the academic year 2007-2008 at an accredited institution and matriculating towards a diploma or a degree. (Continuing education and language school students are not eligible).

Proof Requirements 

Photocopy of school ID showing validity for 2007-2008.

OR

Photocopy of your transcript/report card/tuition bill receipt for 2007-2008 academic year.

Card Validity Period

One year from date of issue.

The International Teacher Identity Card (ITIC) offers special, discounts, privileges and benefits to full-time teachers and professors. To apply for the ITIC, you need proof that you are a full-time teacher, professor or instructor at an accredited educational establishment. You must be employed for a minimum of 18 hours per week for a minimum of one academic year.

Eligibility 

Full-time teachers or faculty teaching for the academic year 2007-2008 at an accredited institution. Minimum 18 hours per week and must have minimum of one year employment to qualify.

Proof Requirements 

Photocopy of your faculty ID showing validity for 2007-2008 academic year.

OR

Letter on school stationery from department chair or school principal verifying current full-time faculty status

Card Validity Period

One year from date of issue.

The International Youth Travel Card (IYTC) offers non-students under the age of 26 access to special discounts and benefits at home and while travelling internationally. To qualify for the IYTC you must submit proof of age showing that you are under 26 years of age.

Eligibility 

At least 12 years of age, but under 26 years of age.

Proof Requirements 

Photocopy of a valid driver's license, birth certificate, or passport showing you are under 26 years of age at the time of purchase.

Card Validity Period

One year from date of issue.
